District 33 Schools Awarded the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program Grant

West Chicago Middle School and Turner Elementary School in West Chicago Elementary School District 33 have been selected by the Illinois State Board of Education to participate in a fully funded Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Program (FFVP) for the 2012-2013 school year.

Flower and Plant Sale by Transition Program and Horticulture Club

On May 19, 2012, students from the Transition Program and Horticulture Club will be working together at a booth at Blooming Fest in West Chicago.

Students will be selling the flowers and plants that they have been cultivating all school year. Prices will range from $3 to $12.

This will be the first year that the Transition Program and Horticulture Club will be participating at the Blooming Fest. Please come out to support these students and this great program.
