Description:
For those who prefer fiber arts, Thursday evenings have become Knit Night at Gallery 200, 200 Main Street, West Chicago from 7:00-9:00 p.m. People are invited to enjoy a relaxing evening while working on their own knit or crochet projects in a social atmosphere. The Third President of the United States and the author of the Declaration of Independence, his personal library was the foundation of the Library of Congress and his words were the cornerstone of our fight for independence for Great Britain. Now, 183 years after his death, with Election Day at hand, it is only proper to delve into the man, his times, and how they affect our present day lives. But beware! He may not be who you think he was! Join us as Paul Lauricella of Prairie Star Productions brings his own unique take to Thomas Jefferson, the man.
